Parking Coffee is a Hangzhou café and roasting brand founded by Pan Wei in 2021. Its café at 51 Hai’er Alley brings competition ideas to everyday service through coffee sets, giving guests different ways to experience a coffee. Pan is a two-time Chinese national barista champion and the 2026 World Barista Champion — the first from China. The brand invites guests to pause during a busy day and spend time with a carefully prepared cup. Its roasting work also featured in Gemilai’s June 2026 collaboration with Parking, M2M and Marus Coffee.
