Good Cup helps you discover specialty coffee, learn about professionals and places, and keep saved lists and visits. This version is a preview and features may change. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
2. Accounts
Use an email you control and keep sign-in links private. Contact us about suspected unauthorised access. Optional analytics and marketing are separate choices, not conditions of having an account.
3. Information and corrections
Directory details come from professional and public sources, automated processing and editorial work. Hours, availability and employment can change. Ratings reflect Good Cup’s evidence and criteria, not a guarantee of an experience or endorsement by a listed person or business. Check time-sensitive details with the venue.
For corrections, source questions, objections or requests about your information, contact hello@farandwide.io with the page address. You do not need an account or a profile claim to exercise data-protection rights.
4. Acceptable use
Do not compromise the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account or submit unlawful, misleading or unnecessarily sensitive information. Only send content you are entitled to provide. We may use reports to investigate and correct the issue described; submitting a report does not transfer ownership of your content.
5. External content
Maps and linked services have their own terms. Rights in third-party photographs, names, articles and source material remain with their owners. Contact us about alleged infringements with enough detail to identify the content and your concern.
6. Charges and availability
These terms do not create a paid subscription. Any future paid service will disclose its price, conditions and cancellation rights before purchase. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or perfectly current directory information. Our responsibility remains subject to applicable law; we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Ending use and data
You may stop using Good Cup at any time. To close an account and request associated erasure, contact hello@farandwide.io. Signing out only ends a session. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe data use and storage.
8. Changes and applicable law
We identify the date and version above and explain material changes through appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively remove your rights. Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections where they habitually reside. Consumers retain access to courts and authorities available under mandatory law.
